2 chicken breasts, grilled and cut in strips
1 package frozen spinach
1 can of drained artichoke hearts
8 oz. sour cream
parmesan cheese
garlic powder
salt & pepper
1 can of crescent rolls
Brown strips of chicken breasts in olive oil in skillet, 5-7 minutes each side. Throw in frozen spinach and artichoke hearts and stir periodically until spinach has broken up and is warmed. Add sour cream, parmesan cheese, garlic, & salt and pepper. Stir until mixed. Put a dollop or two of mixture on a crescent roll and roll up. Add parm cheese to top, bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes.
Also, Claire started rice cereal and she LOVES it. She honestly gets so excited that she makes a big mess! :-) She also had her first bite of real food... way earlier than we planned (she won't get bits of food again until 6ish months) but I was desperate for her to learn to suck on something other than me. Ha. We put a banana piece in a mesh feeder (like this one) and she sucked all the banana out. She was crying for more. It's about time someone in this house appreciates food as much as I do, considering Aaron and Gabe could care less!
These pics are from my phone, but she's cute even when she's messy!
So happy:
