well seeing as our blog name is "house of holkers" i'm sure you guess why that's this blog name! ;)
our halloween was pretty fun. we started the day by heading to church and listening to a good sermon. then we came home and tried to get gabe to nap... no luck. i cleaned for a bit while aaron took gabe outside to play on the swing set.
claire slept 2 1/2 hours! that never happens. i've been letting her fuss at night when she wakes up because i am SO tired of not sleeping... it is killing me.
anyway, this evening we went to a trunk-or-treat at church and it was a blast! each trunk had a game set up with it- bean bag toss, fishing, duck pluck, etc. there were also lots and lots of jump houses, free food that was GOOD, and tons of cute kiddies in their costumes :-) our little ladybug and bob the builder sure had a good time!
