This little princess gets ear tubes today. Please keep her in your prayers that there are no complications, that this is the end of her near-constant infections (and in return that this is the beginning of her SLEEPING!), and that she responds better to the anesthesia than Gabe did. I will update later today with how she is doing!

***So it turns out, Claire is a champ. The actual procedure was very quick and went well. Her left ear was already infected again (less than a week after her last infection cleared- and yes, it WAS cleared) and both ears had lots of thick fluid behind them. 

They brought her out to us fairly quick and she was already sitting up. Within 5 minutes, she was making silly faces and running around. Needless to say, it was a completely different experience than we had with Gabe. It's been a couple of hours now and you would never know she had surgery this morning!
