He's Great, Except When...

-He throws up ALL over the cart, floor, himself, etc. at Sam's Club. In the very front of the store. In front of everyone. Apparently he does not like the biscotti they give away on sample day, who knew?

-He throws himself on the ground in a fit of furry when you take something away from him that he shouldn't have.

-He poops in public anytime we go out to eat. Not kidding. Doesn't matter if it is breakfast, lunch, or dinner... he breaks his routine just so he can go to the bathroom in public. All that grunting and red-faced pushing is very charming to the table next to us, I'm gure.

-He tackles the cat, flat to the floor. Or he pulls his tail and drags him up the stairs. Or he knocks him off the back of the chair and celebrates by yelling "DAT! DAT!" in case we missed the fact that he did indeed conquer the "dat!"

-He plays in the toilet. ALL. DAY. LONG.

-He gags himself on whatever food you're feeding him because he doesn't want to eat. Cute.

Ahh... all in the day of a toddler. What have YOUR kiddos done lately to embarass/frustrate you?

On a more positive note, I finally let Gabe cry it out during the night two days ago (I know, you're asking me why it took this long, but let's not talk about that.) It about killed me, but he cried for 40 minutes and was quiet. After 10 minutes, I thought I'd check on him. BAD IDEA. He was up and cried for another 20, then went to bed. Last night, though? SLEPT THROUGH THE NIGHT. It has been WEEKS since he's done that, between teething, the diarrhea incident we had, and moving/traveling. Hooray!
