A Little Slice of Heaven

Aaron and I had to go to Nashville today to take my computer in to the Apple store. She's sick- in fact, she may be retiring soon, but that's a whole different story. While I was talking to the Genius Bar consultant, Aaron and Gabe were playing at Brookstone next door. I had just told him how I wanted a massager that would really dig in the muscles by my spine- my back hurts so bad all the time and I'm sure Aaron's thumbs want a break from rubbing it so hard.

Anyway, he calls to say that he has a surprise and to come next door. I found him with this little overpriced slice of heaven, ready to be packed into our car and brought him.

It's amazing, and even Gabe loves it. I plan on putting it in the chair that I'll nurse/rock Claire in... since hours of my life will be spent there. What girl wouldn't want a massage everytime she sits down? 

Point of the story is that Aaron gets the husband of the year award and I am way too spoiled :) ha.

After we left the mall, we headed to Christian Chicken (aka Chick-fil-A) for lunch. Have you tried their Chick-Fil-A sauce? It is amazing regardless of how you use it- on your sandwich, to dip your fries in, etc. Try it the next time you're there! 

We finished out our day by going to the Zoo again. We actually bought a membership this time and I'm so excited to use it because it allows us to have one guest free everytime we go. Gabe played on the huge playplace for a good two hours and then we walked around for another hour or so. We had planned on going to the Children's Museum but it was just too nice (60s!!) to be inside. We'll save that for another day :)

Last but not least... Happy 2nd Birthday to sweet Jake!

We love you tons and are so sad we had to miss your party, but we hope you had a GREAT celebration! You are growing up too fast, but we sure are glad you are in our family.
