We have passes to the zoo that we love to use. This day was very hot (100!) so we didn't stay very long.
Gabe was able to cool off in the mister (Phil taught him to love those in Colorado) but miss Claire was super warm.
Gabe also LOVES the treehouse jungle gym but it was too hot this day, so we let him play in the 'bounce room' for a while. He found a couple of other little kids to play with- so cute, I love seeing him learn to interact with others : ) In this picture he was playing with the giant fish (?) and counting "un, doo, teeeee!" and knocking it over. Precious.
Our favorite part at this particular zoo trip was the Lorakeet Landing, where the birds land right on you. Mom bought Gabe some bird food to feed them and he loved being up close and personal with the "ducks."
It was a quick but fun trip that left us all exhausted. Darn heat! ; )
